The 11254-28e00 is a set of cylinder power valves, guides, and exhaust components specifically designed for the 1993 and 1994 Suzuki RM250 models. This comprehensive kit is essential for maintaining the optimal performance and longevity of your two-stroke motorcycle.
The cylinder power valves are a critical component of the engine's combustion process. These valves regulate the amount of fuel and air mixture that enters the combustion chamber, which in turn affects engine power and efficiency. The 11254-28e00 kit includes new, high-quality cylinder power valves that ensure precise fuel-air mixture control for optimal engine performance.
The guides in this kit are responsible for guiding the movement of the cylinder piston within the engine's cylinder bore. Over time, these guides can wear out or become damaged, leading to poor engine performance and increased engine noise. The 11254-28e00 kit includes replacement guides that ensure smooth piston movement, reducing engine noise and improving performance.
Finally, the exhaust components in this kit play a crucial role in expelling exhaust gases from the engine. A faulty or worn-out exhaust system can lead to decreased engine performance, increased emissions, and a loud exhaust note. The 11254-28e00 kit includes new exhaust components that ensure efficient exhaust gas expulsion, helping to maintain optimal engine performance and reduce exhaust noise.
In summary, the 11254-28e00 kit is a must-have for any 1993 or 1994 Suzuki RM250 owner looking to maintain their motorcycle's performance and longevity. This comprehensive kit includes new cylinder power valves, guides, and exhaust components that are specifically designed to fit your motorcycle and ensure optimal engine performance.

Includes only the four pieces shown in photos.
Very nice condition left and right side power valves with the valve guides removed from a 1993 Suzuki Rm 250, but they are same as 1994 250 model well.
Be advised that it is against the law for a buyer to even suggest doing so. These valves have only light normal wear as the photos show. No cracks anywhere on the valve guides.
